Subject: How do you DELETE a template?

In the documentation it says to remove a template you click on "Settings" under the "Manage" area and remove it from there. However, I do not see this option.

Is this something I need to be a Plus member for, or have I stumbled across and oddity?

    Hi Adrian,

    Thanks for using Mobify! We're readying a major new release for today, and one of the features currently disabled in preparation for our release is the ability to delete templates. (You delete templates from the templates page, as you might expect!) We expect this to be enabled again for all users sometime in the next 8 hours.

    Hi,
    I haven't been able to delete templates today, and I'm experiencing a few other little bugs (including not being able to Save or Choose effectively) -- before submitting a new Question/Problem, I just wanted to check in and see if this has been resolved or not, or if I need to take action to upgrade to Mobify v2.

    This issue is still happening and causing a lot of frustration, is there any word?

    Hi Adrian,

    Apologies again for the frustration this is causing. We had to disable this again while we make changes to our data infrastructure. I expect the fixes to bring it back to be out by the end of the day. In the meantime if you can tell me the id #'s of the templates you need removed I can remove them manually. You can get the id by looking at the url to Design from the Templates view.

    You'll see it as

    .../design/<NUMBER>/

    The template id is the

    <NUMBER>.

    Hi peter, any word on this feature making it back in?

    Could you just delete all of my account templates? Looking to start from scratch.

    It's happening today! We promise! :) I can certainly delete all your templates. That should be complete in a few minutes.
